[GAMEPLAY] Zyra Plant Attacks Not Breaking Banshees Veil

As the title says, I am pretty sure that this is a bug because Zyra plant attacks are categorized as spells and apply spell effects etc. The last game I played had this issue where despite the (ranged) plants attacking a target with a spell shield, the damage went through and did not break the shield. This happened more than one time. Additionally, I think the rylais slow also applied and did not break the shield. (I also saw an EUW Post) from 5 days ago that says azir's attacks aren't breaking the banshees shield either. In my case, this allowed an Ahri with banshees to ignore my plants before a fight and safely dive in to go for a pick.
