Bug Splat/Game Crashes are Triggering Leaver Buster

More than obviously stated in title, but again, I got Bug Splatted/My Game Crashed from Bug Splat, after I came back (and won) my game, I was hit with Leaver Buster Warning. enough said

Same thing just happend to me game wouldnt load so I had to restart computer finally get ingame and after the game I get a leaverbuster warning

I have had several people quit trying to get back into games because this happened to them.
