[Gameplay] Invisible Vel'Koz tentacles

Was playing a game with Vel'Koz using the Arclight skin and after dying the first time his tentacles disappeared for the rest of the game. His shadow still had tentacles but not the character itself. I'm not entirely sure what triggered it but it happened as soon as I respawned from my first death and dying again didn't change it back.
