Quick Casting targeting recticle does not revert to normal cursor when using quick cast

Hey, I was just playing in a game as Ryze where I noticed this bug was becoming problematic. In previous games this has happened while I was being CC'd and using a Cho-Gath Q and the cursor would not revert back to normal. In the Ryze game I was using my abilities very quickly and while being CC'd or dying the cursor would still be locked on a quickcast/ping recticle. Any tips/or updates/knowledge on this issue?
