[Gameplay] Tahm Kench's Q+W doesn't remove Scuttle Resist

Tahm Kench's Tongue Lash (Q) + Devour (W) combo does not remove Scuttle Crab's extra resistance shell.

His Devour alone removes it and the combo is actually 2 displacements, so it definitely should work as well.

I found this bug in Practice Tool, so there is a slim chance it's different in a matchmade game, but I don't see a reason why it would be different.
