my league doesn't continue at loading screen.

My league doesn't continue at loading screen. It stays at a black screen and only way i can get out is alt+shift+esc. I cant even move my mouse at the black screen. plz fix this bug. This is my second time writing this I also got a time ban becuase of you Riot. Plz fix it.
