Client bugsplats when trying to update

I open the client, it says it will restart in 10 seconds to apply update. The logo appears, and then it bugsplats. Not the first time this happened. This has been happening for the pats month. I was able to patch and log on from time to time.

Open up task manager. go to details. Right click Leagueclient.exe Set priority to high Set affinity and uncheck CPU 2
