Auto Attack/Settings bug playing on Macbook Pro

Hello,

I just played a teambuilder game as Teemo and when I got in game i could not auto attack or use any skills. I reported a similar incident on PBE last week. The auto attack animation was fine, I just did no damage.

I was only able to fix it by hitting escape and putting my settings to Default. Then, I changed my keybindings to how I prefer them and I was able to AA and use skills. Has anyone else had this happen?
