On-Click abilities not activating 70% of the time

I was recently hearing of people on the forum having this issue but didn't come across it until today in bot lane. I was playing Karma support and my W + E did not shield or tether for majority of the game. I'm not sure why this happened Please try and duplicate this issue Karma Acquire W and E Attempt to cast on another champion Does not activate even after 3-4 clicks
