Constant crashes present since patch 6.13

Ever since around patch 6.13, my game consistently crashes during or after champion select. often times i am able to reconnect but when it happens during champ select, I end up with a time ban. I play a lot of league and I enjoy the game, and I don't enjoy waiting large periods of time to play games simply because of a server error. I don't know if this is something more than one person is experiencing, but I wanted to at least bring up the constant crashes so that if it's a larger scale problem it can be looked at and possibly fixed. thanks.
