Tells me I declined game after I press accept

This happens so often, pls fix this, I already sent in a bug report a few weeks ago and I still get this, I would guess it happens about 1 out of 10 games.

this happens to me too. like when a person dodges, the ready check comes up then i click yes ( accept ) and it says a declined it [slayer-jinx-unamused] i need riot to fix this

Nothing for riot to fix... You dropped a packet just so happens to be the important one telling the servers you accept.

Can be several reasons but somewhere between your PC and the servers is an issue. Could be congestion on any hardware (ISP hardware), to a bad filter on the line (water gets in them and messes things up).
Could be weak wifi signal on your end or even a bad Ethernet cable, your router could be on it's last leg and about to give out on you.

Point is there are alot of causes for a dropped packet, if it was the client or riot servers causing the issue EVERYONE would experience it not just a select few. Without further diagnostics it's impossible for me to tell you what the problem is for you specifically.
