[CLIENT] Wont let me download alpha client when redownloading game and causing an endless loop.

I was having issues with the LOL client this morning and it would not let me connect and kept giving me a msg saying that it was trying to get connection to the wifi, but could not. After re launching and waiting an hour on it I decided to reinstall LOL. This is my current situation, after completely downloading the game and launching the client it gives me the option to upgrade to the alpha client. I click upgrade and accept the terms then launch the game then I get a pop up that you can view at the bottom of this wall of text. When re launching the client and then launching the game the same issue occurs again and again. I tried reinstalling LOL completely again and the same issues occurred. I don't know how to reinstall the alpha client when it never gave me the option in the first place. After posting this I am going to try and reinstall once again and not upgrade to the alpha and see if it works. EDIT: So it seems that I had it wrong, it was not downloading at all and what was really happening was that when clicking the upgrade option, nothing would happen.
