Unable to chat with friends, accept invites, open any of the social tabs in the bottom right.

I submitted a ticked for this two days ago. Ive never had any issues before. I tried to repair the client and also did a full reinstall. I can see the number of notifications but i cant click any of the three tabs in the bottom right. Another issue i just discovered today is i can not click anything on the right hand side of the runes while in rune pages. I cant click the button to clear a page or anything in that vicinity. Please help.
