Neeko W passive not working with Rageblade

Neeko's W does not work with rageblade. Once you stack up rageblade and get to the 3rd hit, it will do the usual 2 normal attacks followed by the w proc. rageblade is not procing every 3rd hit. I believe on hit items still work with rageblade but her W does not work. This is probably due to how the 3rd hit interacts with her w, thus wasting the phantom hit effect on it, but either way, this should get fixed. This is also bugged on Jax. I'm not entirely sure if it is on Diana, but the visual effect seems to be really buggy.
