[CLIENT] Unable to Lock In my Champion

I just got out of a champ select where a teammate banned my preferred pick (this might not be relevant but ya never know). When it got around to my turn to pick a different champion, I was unable to lock in, and was forced to dodge. RIP 3 LP.

I don't know if this is a recurring problem, but I can't really test it right now, and it might be worth looking into just in case.

If it matters, the champion that I preferred that got banned was Kog'Maw, and the substitute was Jhin.
