[GAMEPLAY] Unable to open the item shop.

I am unable to open the item shop on any map, in any gamemode, with any champion. I have tried physically hitting the 'P' key (as well as rebinding it), clicking on the shopkeeper in-game, and clicking on the item shop button underneath my abilities. In al three cases, instead of opening the shop, it instead opens my champion's extended stats (the stats that show up when you hit the 'C' key). I have tried resetting my keybindings to default, but this doesn't fix it. Also, the key for my extended stats is still bound as 'C', so it's not like they got mixed up.
