[GAMEPLAY] Auto-attack cancelled, but Statikk Shiv still procs

I haven't tested this on any champions besides Lucian, but if you cancel his auto-attack at any point in the animation, statikk shiv will still proc after a short delay (the time it would normally take to auto-attack). I don't know if this is intended or not, but it is an annoying way to lose your stacks.
