[CRASH] Loading screen not appearing until game starts.

This has continued to occur even after game reinstallation. Occasionally after champ select ends, the loading screen will not appear, and I will continually get error/"You have disconnected" messages until the game loads onto the rift. At this point after I click Reconnect, the loading screen comes up and I load in just fine. It doesn't exactly lose me games, but I'd like to at least be able to see what division my teammates are.

Update: today the two games I tried to play would not connect at all. It just sits at a black screen until 1. Windows declares it unresponsive or 2. It says it's disconnected. It also destroys my bandwidth while it does this; chat/PVP.net can no longer connect, nor can Skype. After I manually exit out of the black screen (close the game), my internet returns to normal. I've turned off my firewall, and restarted both the client and the game numerous times. I even tried to load a simple custom game, and that failed. Riot, PLEASE.
