[Client] Countless Item Set errors on item info - Needs "Clarity"

This post is about the Item Sets feature on League of Legends Client, particularly when editing those sets or otherwise browsing items outside of a game. This can be found from "Click to view/edit your summoner profile" -> "Item Sets." These errors are showing up every-time for me. Several items are given incorrect, outdated, or simply neglect to include relevant information as other items do. Each item listed has its forum-icon shown, is under a category that matches the problem, and has a place in the picture (added as an attachment below) that show their flaws. Most are errors involving which maps they are "not available on," but also includes missing content or other flaws as described below.

Missing icons:

  • item 3599 Black Spear

Any item that is unavailable on Summoner's Rift does not have text saying so:

  • Crystal Scar/Yellow-border variants: item 3007 item 3286 item 3008 item 3180 item 2047 item 3029 item 3181 item 3073 item 3290 item 3187 item 3185
  • Prospector: item 1062 item 1063
  • Other: item 3137 item 3184 item 3104 item 3112 item 3084 item 3170 item 3090

Items removed from game, yet still in item Sets:

  • Showdown: item 1075 item 1076 item 1074
  • Jungle/Vision items: item 3159 item 3106 item 3154

Items with incorrect availability (from patch 5.13 or prior):

  • Two Luden's Echo, yet the updated version says "not available" on Crystal Scar: item 3285 item 3286
  • Needlessly Large Rod hasn't been updated; still "not available" on Crystal Scar and Twisted Treeline: item 1058
  • Twin Shadows with yellow border and Hextech Sweeper (the legendary item) still showing available on Twisted Treeline item 3290 item 3187
  • item 3342 Scrying Orb (trinket), item 3363 Farsight Orb (trinket), item 3341 Sweeping Lens (trinket), and item 3364 Oracle's Lens (trinket) should be "unavailable" Howling Abyss; but only is shown on Warding totem & upgrades.

Missing Trinkets- These simply aren't in the Item lists menu:

  • item 3345 Soul Anchor for dominion & item 3348 Hextech Sweeper (trinket) for Twisted Treeline

A lot of these problems are old, some dating back to around season 4. These are likely just missed content and outdated information that wasn't properly looked over or changed.
