[GAMEPLAY] Cho'Gath's silence doesn't remove Rift Scuttler's armor/mr buff
Garen's Q (which applies silence) removes the rift scuttler's armor/mr buff, but Cho'Gath's silence does not. (I haven't tested other champs.)

if it is that way, then garen q reducing the crab armor and mr is the bug, not chogath w, because chogath w isn't a hard cc
