Relic Shield not charging and not sharing gold

Harrada··1 votes·302 views

I encountered a bug in my last Support Sion game. Relic Shield was stuck at one stack. Even after the cooldown, it did not add new stacks. When killing minions, it did not consume the stack and share the gold. About 15 mins after the bug occurred, it finally charged a new stack, but it would not use the first stack.
