Cannot see my teams minions HP

As per title and linked image. Does not always happen, but it occurs every now and then for at least a year. At a guess i would say 3 years. I was told its caused by leaving the game in the loading screen which i always do but this only sometimes occurs. You can mouse over to temporarily check it. It lasts the duration of the game but usually the game after is fine. This is a game breaking bug. You think you an allied minion is blocking their skill shot then it suddenly it dies and you get caught. The fact that you can check on mouse over makes it sound not so bad but minions move and its hard to keep track in your head. Especially when there is a lot of them or you go to another lane and have to waste time mousing over each minion to cheek how healthy they are for wave management.
