Looking for mature, fun top laner to join team

This team is for mature, friendly people who look to focus on good fun and team play rather than flaming and individual skills. We will train a shot caller (probably jungler or support) and practice strategies, warding, team discipline, etc.

We will only commit to a few hours a week official practice (obviously you can play more and join other teams if its not enough for you). But since its not much you MUST be able to commit to the time we all choose. Life happens but if you waste the other four members time by coming late or skipping a day without advanced warning, we will need to kick you because we also have lives! We currently play at 7 GMT on Thursdays but that may change depending on team.

My IGN is Bunny Fapps, I have recently returned from an 11 month break from league. Before the break I was working as a coach, analyst and consultant on teams of various different Elo's. If you are looking at organising scrims and are in need of members to boost your roster add me and inbox me the Elo of each team member. I am available most days after 5PM and I am looking to continue my work helping teams to improve. I specialise in helping teams build synergy and understanding between members as well as helping players hone their individual basic skills such as; ganking, objective prioritisation and reducing the gap in a loosing game as well as capitalising on a lead. If your team is diamond Elo or below I can help improve your game. If this is something you feel that your team is in need of add me and inbox me with the teams name and each players IGN and Elo and as a starting tip from your post I can tell you that if you are wanting the central team shot caller the position won't matter and it is more about giving that responsibility to a player that is confident in their own knowledge and has the confidence of their own team to make decisions that they will follow. I would also advise a secondary shot caller or as i refer to it a 'counter balance caller' who makes it their job to make decisions when the main shot caller is in any way unable to do so due to technical issues or tilt. They should also be able to un-tilt players on the team. I hope this helps.
