[CLIENT] Possible Framing Issues Persists in the Champion Rotation Photos in the Launcher

While not necessarily a "bug" per se, based upon the other profile photos, I believe that the new splashes are not all being displayed, framed, according to the standard convention that Riot staff would like the portraits to have.

Unless you are supposed to "open up" the powerball photo to reveal him... I don't know.
