/Remake should be unavailable once firstblood has occurred on the enemy team as well as all players being present in the game. The following game link leads to a game where our Blitzcrank killed enemy shyvana at her blue, so the enemy does a /remake so they don't lose, allowing their support to take the loss for them for free. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2230489829/209662401

This shouldn't happen since /remake is suppose to be disabled upon first blood occurring and since all 5 players were present.

Fair point I wonder if they already have something in place for it though

First blood will only prevent a remake from happening if it happens before someone left. If it happens after someone has already left, then remake is still valid.

From the looks of it, I'm going to guess that the Thresh had disconnected at some point considering he's only level 1 when everyone else is at least level 2. He may have been there from the start, but if he still leaves/disconnects at some point before first blood happens (and before the 1:30 mark, since he needs to be marked as AFK for at least 90 seconds at the 3 minute mark), then the remake will be valid regardless if there are any kills from that point on.

If a person on their team DC'd before she died then remake is still valid.
