Last Ban timer runs out and picks are being made while im waiting for last ban still

I was waiting to either go back into the waiting lobby for finding a match or for the last ban to come through from the red side team, but the game bugged out and I couldn't pick my champion when my turn came due to the last ban not being made on my client. This is a Server-Client connection error, got the time out message right as I was kicked from the lobby for not locking in a champion!

As far as step by step instructions for the bug, its a connection error between the client and server, should be looked into more by your network engineers, or hire new ones that can identify these problems more effectively. This issue isn't frequently occurring, but this does also occur in Ranked, so please fix it ASAP!
