5 champions banned on one side???

Was playing a normal 5 v 5 draft pick yesterday. When I hit the accept button it sat there for a long long time (45 seconds ish). Then by the time I was in champ select all the champions had been banned. 3 champions were banned on my side, then 5 champions were banned on their side. It wasn't showing for anyone on my team. I don't know if all the champions were in fact banned or if it was just visual. The 2 extra champions I don't own (Darius and Diana).
