Poppy E Bug?

Has anyone else been having the problem with Poppy's e, that once in a while it will cast and not carry poppy through the tackle and she only shoves them back not even stunning them if they hit a wall? I've been having this problem where once in a while where when I go to tackle someone into a wall poppy charges and hits them but she stays where she hit them and they just go flying backwards. Most of the time when happens to me it doesn't even stun them, even though they clearly hit a wall. I've been even experiencing where someone should have been stunned by a tackle and didn't, it's quite annoying.
