My Client Won't Open.

I try to open the client, it stays completely black and says there was an unexpected error with the login session. Yes I have tried the "fix" of hitting the "X" to close the window, reinstalled 3 times now and nothing works. Instead of giving me the option to sign out it ask "Are you Sure you want to Close League Of Legends" Can someone please tell me what is causing this....
