Ahri's Forum Icon Unupdated

Not sure if this was overlooked, but Ahri's old icon(the one with the lesser chin) can still be seen 3 to the left of the attatchment button when commenting. As much as I like the picture I am wondering if this is a mistake that Riot overlooked when updating her art. As I can see: the new icon is already usuable, but the old one can be seen with the flash and doran's icon after the 2 bullet buttons.
