draven LOL!

friendly draven playerbase here!! we play draven a lot and notice quite a few bugs. here are a few, if you have your axes out and press e/r sometimes it will cause axes to stop spinning, visually its really unfun to look at! also, sometimes your axes will spin really slowly which is also pretty unfun to look at. sometimes when you hit things with your axe your axe will not bounce back. here's an example https://media.giphy.com/media/xUPGGJ8ZRTYTAgR0CQ/giphy.gif we have not figured out how to reproduce this btw. these bugs have been going on for about 2 or 3 months now, really cancer to play with and you haven't really mentioned him very much. (also we want fervor thanks)
