[Gameplay] Ranked Losses Not Granting XP

Title seems pretty self-explanatory and I'm actually praying this is a bug.

Twice during placements today that I've noticed, XP for champion mastery as well as levelling up is not granted on a loss.

There really isn't much else to say.

Thanks for the report, we'll have a look. It's possible that it's just a UI bug but you're actually getting progress. Unsure though, we'll check.
