Ivern BrushMaker Passive & Relic Shield/Targon's/Face of the Mountain/Equinox Proc Glitched

So, I don't know if this is just me or not but, if you purchase "Relic Shield" on Ivern and attack minions while udner the effects of the "BrushMaker" passive, "Relic Shield" and all of it's related items do not proc. The minions don't get executed and don't share gold nor do they heal your ally.
