Urgot Shield Bug

While playin a game today against the new urgot, I discovered something very upsetting. While urgot has his shield active, you cannot seem to gain spell based health from him. For example:

1. Urgot applies shield
2. Darius lands the axe of his Q on the urgot
3. Damage will go through, but Darius does NOT seem to heal

After looking up the new urgot kit, this does not seem to be an acceptable part of urgots abilities
