Corki rocket not properly blocked by sivir spellshield

I just played a game as sivir against a corki, and he hit me with a big rocket through a spellshield. I still got mana restored, but the damage went through. There were no other spells being cast at me.

Her shield was changed I believe. Better go back and reread it

I've looked at recent patch notes and there have been no changes to her spellshield, only changes to her ult. Also, haven't found anything on the PBE. The video for her spellshield shows it blocking a cassiopeia ult and Sivir taking no damage.
