Client tells me I can't buy Classic Skins

On champions I don't own, Champion Select tells me I cannot purchase their Classic Skin (the skin-less champion, basically). Nothing gamebreaking, just visual bug with the system that prevents you from buying skins on champions you don't own marking as such also the champion theirself.

It probably means the champ cannot be purchased If there's not enough RP but wrong text shows.
