CLIENT - Moving a Friends Group around during champ select freezes the client

During champion select, if you right-click a Group in the Friends list and select "Move Group Up" or "Move Group Down", the client freezes and the timer display stops. If you have not picked a champion, this prevents you from picking one; however if you have selected a champion, the game will start normally.

How to Reproduce:

1. Create at least two Groups in your Friends tab
2. Enter the Champion Select for any game
3. Reopen the Friends tab
4. Right-click on the name of one of your groups
5. Select "Move Group Up" or "Move Group Down"
6. The game freezes Reproduction Rate: 100%
