Unable to leave fountain

Recently I was playing a match as Olaf and when the game finally loaded in I was able to move, purchase items, and communicate in chat but could not exit the fountain. I used my summoner spell teleport to exit and was immediately marched back to base. I had to quit out of the program, log back in, and rejoin before I could exit base. By that time my lane opponent was lvl 5. I don't know if it was an issue with Olaf or something that happened during connection but I figured I should mention it in case someone else has had similar problems.
