If you use a snowball with Zoe's W and don't hit anything, you get the full cooldown of the summoner spell (40 sec) instead of the normal W cooldown. That is quite annoying and even kills you sometimes, you can't use any other spell during that cooldown even if you try and pick them up.
Of course this only happens in ARAM since the "snowball" summoner spell can only be picked up on howling abyss.
Riot is not responding to any posts in regards to this. I don't know why, it's been a bug that's been pointed out for nearly 12 months now, yet they refuse to acknowledge it beyond "oh that's weird". I don't believe, personally, they give a damn about ARAM, it's sort of like that runt child that sits in the corner eating paste while their main child earns all the top grades. It's basically twisted treeline. I would love them to prove me wrong but I doubt they will.
