while attacking an enemy in cannon form i switched to my hammer and it appears that whenever you switch and attack within a quarter to half second jayce acts as if the attack is ranged, thus giving the damage boost of hammer stance from a ranged distance. I dont think i will have to recreate this as it is super super easy to do and it can be easily abused.
