Unable to use abilties

Any chance that RIot can actually fix the bug where you load into game, but can't use anything? Flash, heal, attack move clicks, abilities, nothing. I can type in-game perfectly fine but I can't actually do anythign without clicking on the abilities. Normally it fixes itself after reloading. Past game it never fixed itself. Reloaded numerous times to no avail, closed discord because someone in game said that was a bug someone had and then reloaded, also to no avail. Fortunately, it was only a normal game, but it still ruined the game completely for everyone.

Edit: After tinkering with everything, after I closed down the game entirely, including the "Greatest client of all time" (heavy sarcasm) then magically my abilities would actually start working in game (at least the training). Still doesn't change that this shouldn't be happening.
