Client Bug

For a couple weeks now I'll hit the play button on the top left from the home screen after initially logging in, no response. Nothing. I have to click around for roughly 10 seconds before it responds.

Another one, after I accept a queue pop, the screen won't put me into champ select. It's still responding, it's still running, my internet is fine, but it either puts me into champ select so late I can't ban anything, or I have to close out the client, and wait 5 minutes because I apparently just dodged even though I never even made it into champion select, the client thinks I did.
