Unable to cast abilities.

Unfortunately I wasn't recording, otherwise I would post a video of my imputs and stuff. Load into game as sivir, load perfectly fine, no bugs in champ select or loading in. Realize pretty quick that I can't ping anything. Weird. Realize later that I can't pull up scoreboard, cast abilities, summs, nothing. I can't even attack move or anything. Restart game, can attack move, and use scoreboard. Play game for awhile longer only clicking to farm and hoping they don't notice. Eventually back and restart game and client and that fixes it.

Keyboard worked perfectly fine, I was typing into the chat and telling my team about the bug so they wouldn't think I was just a moron. I don't know if it's a bug with Sivir, or just a rare bug I found. In case someone in riot looks into it. It was the Sivir game where I went 1/3/6 (game was over cause top/jungle were feeding, it happens). Game was 23:12 time.
