[GAMEPLAY] Star Guardian Lux bug

I was playing a game in team builder. Lux ult'ed and killed a Nidalee in the mid lane at around, i believe, the 12:00 mark. and this weird particle was left on the map for the rest of the game. When i asked everyone in all chat about it, every one said that they could not see it.
