Sunfire Cloak stacking with Cinderhulk and penetrating base MR
I tested it, and it's 100% legit happening. Interestingly enough, it's also penetrating the target's base magic resist, leading to ridiculous numbers like 130 magic damage per second.

Renascent1 votesIf it's just penetrating their base magic resist for true damage, it should not be going any more than 80 magic dps (43 from Sunfire, 26 from Cinderhulk, some damage amplification from masteries).
Pierce The Veal1 votesThe bonus damage to minions also stacks, so +100% damage to both passives. That's probably why you're seeing numbers above the sum of the two.
