Patch 4.19 severely delayed?

When was patch 4.18 released? 15 days ago When are new patches released? Every 2 weeks (14 days) I'm not seeing any information on this, and it;s bugging me quite a bit. They even said in the server status they were going to have patch 4.19 when they were saying how they sorta fixed the nidalee, kass, etc problem. What's going on? :,(

I've seen them release patches almost daily (back in beta), to having a month or so between patches. They seem to have settled into patching roughly every two weeks, but it's not at all a set schedule.
