Not Receiving Level 6 Mastery Token or Chest in Howling Abyss Bug

League of Legends Match History

In my latest Howling Abyss game. I managed to get an s-rank as fioraFiora . However, I did not receive a level 6 token nor a hextech chest. Why is that? Normally I should be able to get a reward if perform an s-rank right? Sadly I don't know how to take a picture of the issue in order to provide evidence though.

For the token they made it so you can only get it on SR.

For the chest, did you already get one on fiora?

Oh you're right, I did get a chest earlier on Fiora, but that's too bad that you can't get the token on HA. Ty.
