Not Receiving Level 6 Mastery Token or Chest in Howling Abyss Bug

In my latest Howling Abyss game. I managed to get an s-rank as fiora . However, I did not receive a level 6 token nor a hextech chest. Why is that? Normally I should be able to get a reward if perform an s-rank right? Sadly I don't know how to take a picture of the issue in order to provide evidence though.
