minion agro inconsistancys

dunno if this is considered a bug, but sometimes minions random target, swap targets before they are dead with no rhyme or reason... no champ to champ combat is going on, sometimes they swap between other minions like this too. sometimes they agro to u when u hit them.... starting to wonder what the right way is supposed to be at this point
