Red line around screen, couldnt move camera even without camera lock

Literally just lost me a game.

The only way I could move the camera was by turning on camera lock or holding down space.

In free camera mode moving the mouse to the edge of the screen didnt pan the camera.

The was a thin red line around the entire screen except on the whole of the right side

That's not a bug, it's a feature. To turn it off, it's one of the F keys. 8-11, I forget which.
