Fix your client.

Just queued up for ranked and was in my promos, during champ select I couldn't select anything because the fucking client froze up and then I got kicked out of the game. Now I have a loss on my promos. Why is shit like this okay and not fixed? It's an absolute joke that I get punished because Riot can't make a functioning client. Give me back a free win.
